Life long sleeping problem solved... 06/07/2010
Since I was a kid in elementary school I had problems falling asleep, I just couldn't stop thinking about things and it was just getting worse. It didn't take long to flunk high school in second grade. I usually stayed awake till I couldn't see anymore. Than I just couldn't get up in the morning, and stayed in bed until 3-4-5-6 pm. I started drinking and using to get over it and soon I always needed something to fall asleep. In the years to come I became an addict. I recently turned to get help and got my life back. Along the way I picked up all kinds of tricks, herbal teas and learned to exhaust my self during the day so i can fall asleep at night. I kinda made my peace with my sleeping problem, but it never really went away, just become bearable. For years I was dreaming about something that I can do to fall asleep at will. Finally my dream come true, I meet Nika. She taught me her technique and it was just the thing I wanted and needed for all these years. Now I just go to bed and sleep. I don't need to watch something or read if I don't want to or don't have the time for it. First of all I would love to thank Nika for helping me out so much in a difficult part of my life. I was going through a break up with my boyfriend and when it was time to go to sleep, my brain would not shut off. I tossed and turned in bed, and I did not sleep for weeks. I was a zombie, and my friends were very worried about me. I knew Nika had helped people in the past and I heard great stories. One night I was tired of being tired, and I called her 12:00 in the morning. She walked with me through the process, it took me about 15 minutes that night to fall asleep, but the great news is that I fell ASLEEP! FINALLY! The next night it took me a little longer, but I spoke with Nika the following day and she explained everything to me again. That night it took me 10 minutes, and every since then I have had a full 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Schlafprobleme waren fuer mich ein Fremdwort. Neun Stunden ungestoerter Schlaf mussten sein, komme was wolle. Bis zu dem Tag, an dem ich Mutter wurde.
