Will you hypnotize me?
No. You will learn a technique. You be aware and understand at all times what is happening. Every technique will be explained first and then you will experience it on our call.
Knowledge is power and applying this knowledge by doing the exercises is what will allow you to sleep.

I've seen those brainwave relaxation CDs to buy. Is it something like this?
No, these CDs are useful and work for some people, but I teach you a physical method with which you will directly shut off the beta brainwaves that prevent you from falling asleep and kick up your alpha brainwaves to fall asleep. All you need is yourself and my method. You can do it anytime you want to fall asleep.

I have only occasional problems falling asleep. Especially after I drink way too much alcohol, way too much coffee late in the day or take some recreational drugs. Is this method going to work for me?
Not when you are under heavy influence of these substances as they will influence your brainwaves. If it's only an occasional problem due to something you took that is preventing you from sleeping, I suggest you stop doing whatever creates your sleeping problem. ;)

Who is this for coaching program for?
This program is for generally healthy people committed to sleep without using sleeping drugs and whom can't sleep because their thoughts prevent them from falling asleep. The method is for people that have regular sleep issues or are insomniac without a physical cause to it. If you want to continue to pop pills and experience the side effects, go right ahead. This program is not for you.

Will this program not work for certain people?
Yes, if you have an underlying physical cause, like sleep apnea for example, this method will not work for you. Please consult with your physician about what can be done to help you.

Is there anything special I need to do during your 3 day coaching program?
Yes. I will ask you not to drink excessive alcohol, drink coffee 6 hours before our coaching session or use recreational drugs. I also want you to refrain from self-medicating, especially sleeping pills. All other medications prescribed by your doctor are okay and to be taken in accordance with your doctors directions, but you need to let me know any medications you are taking.

Furthermore, you should be in a place of privacy where you won't be disturbed for our coaching call or meeting. You also want to pick a 3 day period where you can devote the time before you going to sleep to practice the method and ask your family to support you by not disturbing you or doing anything that will prevent you from sleeping.

Why can't I drink alcohol or drink coffee after a certain time, take sleeping pills or use any recreational drugs during these 3 days?
I want to be sure that nothing interferes with your ability to learn and execute the method, until you are proficient at it and are completely in control of using it at will.

To be honest, I've used the technique with moderate alcohol or coffee consumption, but you need first be secure in using the method! Than you can do whatever you want, it is not my place to tell you what to do even if you know it's not good for you. ;) If you notice these beverages or drugs have a negative effect and prevent you from sleeping or properly using my method you can simply cut it out or reduce the amount until it doesn't interferes with your sleep.

When is the best time to have my coaching call this you?
Ideally we have the call in the late afternoon or early evening, so what you've learned is fresh in your mind and you can apply it a few hours later when you are going to sleep.

If you choose a personal coaching session the ideal time is just before you go to sleep. (Please have a family member or a friend present that can close the door after I've left so you are safe overnight as you will be asleep.)

Are the exercises difficult or do I have to be physically fit to do them?
No. They are so simple a child could learn them and you do them while lying in bed as you will fall asleep doing it.

The only time where I have enough time and leisure to do this is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Do you coach on weekends?
Well, I prefer not to. ;) But I realize with the busy lives people lead these days often the only time available is on weekends. So yes, if that's the only possible time where you will be able to spend the time and have the space to apply the technique, than I will coach you over the weekend.

I know someone that would benefit from your coaching but this person doesn't speak English. Can you help anyway?
Apart from English, I speak German and French fluently and can provide the coaching program. I have people that can translate for me in Spanish or Italian. Any other language you would have to provide a translator that is proficient in English and whatever the other language the person speaks. Please email me to set this up before ordering. Thank you.

How much does your coaching program cost and how do I pay you?
The call program in English is $500 USD, see special price if you give me a testimonial. In person coaching is only available within the Los Angeles, California area at this point and the cost is $1000. The call program in any other languages is €300 Euro.

I prefer to be paid via Paypal. It is very convenient, easy to use from anywhere in the world, and you don't have to have a Paypal account to do so. If that absolutely doesn't work for you, email me to discuss possible other payment forms.
