Is it because you worry about something? You think about all the things you need to do? You are so excited about something that you can't stop thinking about it? You are upset and can't stop thinking about it? Can't stop thinking about a certain person?
If the answer is yes. Let's face it, you can't sleep because you can't get your mind to be quiet which is what prevents you from falling asleep.

I can teach you an easy to learn technique that will allow you to fall asleep when you want to sleep. No pills, no gimmick. Really. I promise that with two simple physical exercises which you can do lying in your bed you will fall sleep.

How does it work?
In order to think you need beta brainwaves. With a physical technique you can cut off your beta brainwaves, so you can't think much. Now your mind is quiet.
Next you kick alpha brainwaves with another simple physical technique that a baby can do and actually does, and you will be asleep within minutes with a little practice using my method.

How will you help me? What is the process?
After you filled out the coaching agreement and I've received your payment, we will set up a date and time when we will speak on the phone over a 3 consecutive day period. Standard is over the phone. If I'm near you please contact me for other options.

Our first coaching conversation will take about 30 minutes. We will establish your sleep pattern, I will coach you and teach you the method that consists of two physical exercises you will do that night when you usually go to sleep.

You will contact me the next morning and let me know how you did via phone or email if you prefer. We will have our second call the same day at the agreed upon time and you will call me at that time. We will speak about how it went for you, I will answer any questions you might have and make any adjustments, if needed, to make sure you completely understand and are able to execute the method easily. This conversation is usually about 10 - 30 minutes, as needed.

You will contact me again the next morning and let me know how you did and to let me know if you want to have the 3rd call with me.
I realize people are busy these days, and if, as with many people I've taught this to, you got it and are sleeping well, your 3rd call is optional.  You get to decide if you want to have another call with me that day or if you are done and don't need my help anymore.
At that point you will either call me for your 3rd call at the agreed upon time or you will receive an email from me to complete our coaching agreement.

That's it. That simple. It has changed the lives of many people. You can finally wake up well rested and ready for your day with lots of energy from a good night sleep.
